Don't miss Arizona Roller Derby's season 11 home opener featuring your very own Bad News Beaters and Surly Gurlies taking on Tucson Roller Derby's Copper Queens and Vice Squad. All of these teams fought hard during last seasons Arizona State Conference and you can watch as the battle continues.
Taking the track first in this double header will be Bad News Beaters vs. Copper Queens, followed by conference champions Surly Gurlies taking on Vice Squad.
Doors open at 5:30pm. First bout starts at 6pm
Skates can enter spectator area with great force. The risk cannot be avoided completely. Attendees assume all risk of danger and injury incidental to the game of Roller Derby, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the playing of the game, including (but not limited to) the danger of skaters crashing into the spectator areas; agrees that no persons or entities including (but not limited to) Arizona Roller Derby, Castle Sports Club, their Member Clubs, management of the League or Venue, or Skaters are liable for any injury to the holder resulting from such causes and releases and holds harmless such persons and entities. The use of abusive language, interference with play (including throwing objects into the spectator areas or onto the track), and drunken and disorderly behavior are prohibited. Violators are subject to ejections from the venue. No refunds, all sales final.
