TRIPLE HEADER!!! Take a break from the holiday crowds and watch a sampling of roller derby, an event the whole family can enjoy.
5:30pm-First up; the Phoenix Derby Brats, guys and gals under the age of 18, will bout it out as Santa's Elves vs. The Misfit Toys.
6:15pm-Next, a mash up of AZRD's state and city level teams will compete as The Grinch vs. Whoville.
7:15pm-And finally, Santa vs. Gingerbread Cookies-a mash up of the nationally ranked Tent City Terrors and the men from the Phoenix Rattleskates.
Doors open at 5pm, first bout starts at 5:30pm.
*these are estimated times, we will try to stay as close to the schedule as we can, if in doubt, get there early!
Skates can enter spectator area with great force. The risk cannot be avoided completely. Attendees assume all risk of danger and injury incidental to the game of Roller Derby, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the playing of the game, including (but not limited to) the danger of skaters crashing into the spectator areas; agrees that no persons or entities including (but not limited to) Arizona Roller Derby, Castle Sports Club, their Member Clubs, management of the League or Venue, or Skaters are liable for any injury to the holder resulting from such causes and releases and holds harmless such persons and entities. The use of abusive language, interference with play (including throwing objects into the spectator areas or onto the track), and drunken and disorderly behavior are prohibited. Violators are subject to ejections from the venue. No refunds, all sales final.
